Inspirational Inovators

Sir Ken Robinson

This dude has all sorts of degrees, written many books, spoken to international audiences all over the world about the absolute NEED to cherish and nurture creative talents in not just our children and teenagers but in ourselves as adults and right on into old age. Its never to late to explore something you simply love doing.

He believes and I have to agree whole heartedly that education systems all over the world are designed in the same fashion giving remarkably more aknowledgement to academic standardised testing than it does to creative 'subjects' like acting or singing or dancing. He asks why? He believes that in order to be fulfilled we need to do what we love and love what we do. if we are allowed and even encouraged to follow our natural talents we will find a path for ourselves and change the realities that surround us.

he is funny, modern, realistic, rational and very worth checking out.
